The patient suffered whiplash injury following a road traffic accident, resulting in constant neck pain and headaches. The pain was exacerbated by routine activities and working on the computer. The patient found it difficult to carry on with his job as an electrician.
The patient presented with severe headaches, occurring on a daily basis. Headaches had been persistent for several years, but worse over the past 18 months. Patient experienced nausea and photophobia during headaches.
The patient presented with groin pain of at least 3 years duration following inguinal hernia surgery. The pain was sharp in nature, with intermittent burning and shooting pains. The pain was exacerbated by standing, walking, bending and lifting.
Patient presented with chronic pain in the groin of more than 14 months duration. Pain radiated to the buttock area to some extent. Pain was worse with standing and walking. Patient walked with a limp and had to use a stick for support, in spite of being very young.
Patient presented with chronic abdominal pain of more than 18 months duration. Pain was localized to one side, without any radiation. Patient had been unable to work for at least 12 months because of the severity of her pain.
